This is a timer to guide you through a heartrate interval workout.
Specify targets for working and recovery in settings as:
After a warm-up period specified in settings, your watch will notify you to work until you achieve your interval target, then notify you to recover until you achieve your recovery target.
It will repeat this for the number of repeats you specify in settings before taking you into a cool-down period.
